I had my first day of my level 2 teching aquatics yesterday, which was... interesting. It wasn't that bad, but a lot of it I have already done because I had to do a child protection course as part of my continued professional development and all of the health and safety stuff was covered in my lifeguard course. Its okay though, because a girl I work with is on the course, and she is a good laugh, and a couple of the people who are there are ones who I did my level one course with last year. But its going to be a lot of work, and I am really not looking forward to doing five days straight over half term. The first unit exam is next Saturday, and I really don't want to mess up and had the swimming club pay for it all for nothing :o
I watched an episode of An Idiot Abroad last night, where Karl goes to the Taj Mahal, and throughout it, i just wanted to give him a hug. He looked SOO fed up at points during it, and I just felt so bad for him. It was a very entertaining programme though, specially when people started throwing dye at Karl, and he was just so confused!
